Detailed Product Description

The product is a high base calcium sulfonate, possessing excellent properties of extreme pressure abrasion resistance and rust-preventing. As a universal additive, it has fine compatibility and synergistic effect with active sulfur additives. It can improve surface finish of workpiece,and can not make metal spoiled in color. It is a environmental friendly product, has no bad flavor.

2. APPLICATIONS

The product is used primarily for machining of ferrous and non ferrous metals. When compounding with sulfur extreme pressure additives, it is suitable for machining of high-alloy steel, medium-carbon steel and stainless steel. It can supply the properties of extreme pressure and corrosion-resistant in the machining course of screwing, drilling, milling, boring, drawing and broaching. The product should not be used in the soluble oils, since the jelly glue will appear when the fatty ester encounters with water.

The recommended dosage is from 2.5% to 10.0%.

5. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

The requirements of SH/T0164 should be met during the storage, handling and blending. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75. The ambient temperature for long-term storage should not exceed 45. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. The precautions in safety, environment control, and application are the same as those of common petroleum products, having no need of special protection.
